How can I contact you for reporting non-delivery, or damaged items?

Can I track my order?

We ship via regular mail, so tracking of the product is not available.

Can I purchase from various countries around the world?

You can purchase from various countries around the world. However, please note that we
only ship to addresses within the United States.

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is $10 per shipment.

How long does it take to arrive after ordering?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. The delivery will be from Japan.

Does the shipping fee cover customs fee and taxes?

Please double-check your country's customs regulations. Each country has different rules
regarding the customs fees and taxes. If you get charged for any customs fees or taxes, we are
not responsible to cover it. Please keep in mind that we do not have control over the import
taxes because customs taxes are charged by your local government

I am having a payment error.

A payment error can occur if your credit card has expired or does not have sufficient balance; please
make sure that your credit card is still active with a valid expiry date and has sufficient
balance.
If the error still occurs, kindly try to change your payment method using PayPal linked with
an active credit card.
If the issue still persists, please contact the respective payment service provider for
assistance.

What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept payments through PayPal, major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple
Pay.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately after you finish checking out your order.
Please note that we use JST (Japan Standard Time) for our timezone, so your renewal date
may be one day later than your local timezone.
